We have not yet placed all of our collection of great vintage items online at this time, so if you are looking for anything in particular, email us and we'll see if we can come up with what you are interested in. If you would like more pictures of an item or have questions about any items, we will be glad to provide you with additional information. We specialize in individualized attention to our worldwide customers. You are important to us and so is your online shopping experience with us.
For Canadian and USA customers, if an item has a BUY NOW button associated with it, you can simply click on the button and pay online. For U.S. customers we also accept payment by United States Postal Service International Money Orders. These money orders must be international and cashable in Canada. For Canadian customers we also accept payment by Canada Post Moneygram in Canadian dollars with conversion rate as of date of purchase. For international purchases we accept payment only online from outside Canada and the United States.
If an item you are interested in does not have a BUY NOW button associated with it, we ask that you contact us at
with the name and number of the item. Once we determine shipping based on your address, we can invoice you so you can pay online, or we can arrange for other forms of payment as mentioned above.
We combine shipping, so if you are making multiple purchases, please contact us before making your purchases. We want to give you the lowest shipping prices available.
Shipping and Insurance
BUY NOW shipping rates apply to USA and Canadian sales only. Customers outside of USA and Canada are requested to contact us for the best shipping prices to their location. If an international customer does use the BUY NOW feature without contacting us for accurate shipping, we will send an invoice adjusted for proper shipping costs. Items are not shipped until shipping costs are paid. Also, we may not ship to certain countries.
We ship worldwide using Canada Post air mail. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Insurance is required on items over U.S. $80.00. If you prefer your items shipped by courier service, we can make arrangements to do so. (Note: we no longer ship to Italy due to delivery problems in that country)
Shipping costs vary and are based on the item's final boxed weight, package dimensions and insurance. This is why, on some of our items, we require the customer address in order to determine the shipping amount. Shipping costs can vary significantly throughout the world.
We ship next business day after receiving confirmed payment. Actual transit to U.S. and International locations may take two weeks for small air mail items. Please be patient if transport takes longer. Canada Post has not lost a parcel for us yet, but sometimes delivery takes longer. Shipping may or may not include a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit.
All items such as jewelry, linens and lingerie are shipped in new bubble wrap envelopes. Jewelry items are gift boxed with a personalized color set choice of curly ribbon. Color sets available are as follows: Patriotic US - red,white, blue; Patriotic Canadian - red, white; December Holiday - Red, Green, Blue; or Classy Option - white, pink, purple. Single color choices are also available. If you prefer another color please let us know - this is part of our personalized service.
Terms of Purchase
Our items are sold on an as is basis. We provide descriptions of our items to the best of our ability, and include anomalies as we see them. We provide photos of our items and are happy to provide more photos and details on request. We are not experts on the items listed on our website. We do have an appreciation for older items and want to pass them on to other people who also would appreciate them. We define vintage as pre-owned, and of a certain age. Any item on our site may have been previously used, and may show normal wear not already described. We reserve the right not to sell one or more of our items for any reason.
We have a smoke-free environment, but we cannot guarantee all items listed are from smoke-free estates. Lingerie and linen items are normally hand washed, line dried, and ironed or steamed. If you have questions or concerns with regard to any cleaning done on any item prior to your receiving it, please ask.
We strive for customer satisfaction. Prior to completing our sale with you, we try to ensure that all of your questions or concerns are answered, and that you will be happy with the items you are purchasing. If for some reason you do have concerns upon receiving any item from us, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.
