SPECTACULAR Aynsley England Bone China signed J.A. Bailey. Fabulous floral rose bowl hand-painted exclusively by Joe Bailey who worked for Aynsley from 1937-1974. Pattern number C1033 by John Aynsley & Sons. This pattern is not a transfer but is authentically hand-painted and signed. Some tea cups similar in design are not signed and thought, by collectors, to have been painted by apprentices. The cup measures 2 1/4 inches tall and 3 1/2 inches in diameter and has a slight ribbed effect. The saucer is 5 1/2 inches in diameter. The backstamp is from the 1930's era. A LOVELY artistic set!
