WONDERFUL lake garden scene hand painted transferware from ROYAL ALBERT.  The red accents are raised to the touch.  The cup measures 3" high and 3" wide, and is in the Countess shape.  The saucer measures 5 1/2" wide with a slightly scalloped edge.  The backstamp on this piece was introduced in 1935, pattern number 7224 - there is a % and artists initials.
