WONDERFUL RICHLY ADORNED PARAGON tea cup and saucer.  This set is lavishly decorated with gilt and floral bouquets on both the saucer and the inside of the tea cup.  Both the cup and saucer have slightly scalloped rims.  The dating of the backstamp is circa 1938-1952.  The tea cup measures 2 1/4" tall by 4" across.  The saucer measures 5 1/2" across.  There is a white fleck on the saucer where the paint is chipped off - this spot can be seen in the photos.
