WONDERFUL Paragon Canada coats-of-arms and emblems of the provinces, does not contain territories or Nunavut. Vintage provincial emblems with gilt maple leaves and embellishments. Both center tea cup and saucer display the coats-of-arms trimmed with gilt maple leaves and scrollwork type pattern. Tea cup footed with a gilt trimmed foot and trimmed handle and thumb rest. Gilt trim on scalloped cup rim and saucer rim. Backstamp was used 1957-1960 and again in 1963. Tea cup measures 4" across rim and 2 1/2" high, saucer is 5 1/2" across. The background color is a linen or cream, not bright white, with painted emblems and gilt decor. Manufactured by Paragon by Appointment to her Majesty the Queen.
