DELICATE soft blue and rose colored blossoms hanging from branches decorate this gorgeous hand painted set.  The pattern is slightly raised from the paint.  Backstamp resembles the printed china mark of Thomas Forester and Sons Ltd.  Phoenix 1929-1959. Bone China Made in England.  The tea cup measures 3 1/4" across the rim and 2 3/4" tall, trimmed in leaf green paint.
