FABULOUS Phoenix yellow teacup and saucer with red roses and gold gilt decoration.  Teacup measures just under 3 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches across.  Saucer measures 5 1/2 inches across.  Slight wear on gold trim on cup, and repainted sections of trim on the saucer.
