WONDERFUL Paragon teacup and saucer bone china set with a green background decorated with gold leaves, and a rose in the center.  The little berries beside the leaves are all raised dots.  Also, note the rare cup shape.  The background color of the set in the pictures seems to be blue, but the actual color is green. The raised berries are a dark blue color.  Tea cup measures just over 2 inches tall by just under 4 inches across.  Saucer measures 5 1/2 inches across.
