LOVELY Royal Albert Forget-Me-Not bone china teacup and saucer from the Springtime Series.  The flowers on the set are more purplish than they seem in the photos.  Tea cup measures 2 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches across.  Saucer measures 5 1/2 inches across.
