FABULOUS UI-MAIKAI pastel butter yellow with vibrant blue hibiscus HAWAIIAN SUN DRESS.  Ruched bodice sides and back, wide halter straps, empire waist, tie key-hole back, wide 3" hem, 100% cotton.  The ruching and elastic is good and tight everywhere except for the left side which has some stretch but is not as tight as the rest.  There is a 3" hem which appears to have another 1 1/2" hem underneath, so if you needed to let down the 3" hem you would still have a finished hem. Accessories not included.  A WONDERFULLY BRIGHT and LIVELY HAWAIIAN Dress!
